I argue a lot no doubt but yesterday night was the first time I couldnt say anything. I got bored and decided to spend my time with my friend Phillip. Phillip owns a business center where he sells and renders services to people.He wasnt alone when I got there,I met two other people with him(his friends). We started a discussion like all guys do,which led to someone asking this question “Why is God partial”.We all at once stopped talking and kept quiet,because we all didnt expect that question. He justified this question by these follow up Questions: Why are some people poor and some rich? Why are some people more fortunate than the others? Why do the good die and the wicked live on? Why do some pray and recieve no answers while the others receive. In short his point was that since God knows the end of all humans,therefore he favoured some to live in better condition than others. I left and went home to sleep but found myself seeking for answers. After much pondering i decided that God is not Partial. God is so Humble and Marvelous,therefore when he was creating everyone he gave us the right to our own free will,that is the right to make our own choices.He gave all his angels the choice to either serve him or rebel. Lucifer and his Angels chose to Rebel(Note: he didnt plan for them to Rebel,they chose to because they had the free will to),They as a result were driven to the Earth while the Heaven rejoiced of their Triumph. Adam and Eve chose to be decieved by The Serpent(Lucifer),and because of that choice they made,they were driven from the Garden of Eden. Job chose to serve God despite all he went through and at the end he got his reward. Now my point is this,we find ourselves wherewe are now because of the choices we made,either good or bad. God in the Bible said “My thoughts toward you are good and not evil,to lead you to an expected end. If his thoughts are good,then why should we say he is partial?.He planned for us all to be successful but because of the choices we make(choices we make without seeking for his guidance),we find ourselves in funny places and blame God for it.He orders the footsteps of those that believe and trust him,thats why salvation is not forced but based on ones willingness to accept.He is not forcing us to serve him and many of the things he ask us not to do are not for his own good but ours.If he says dont drink,smoke,lie,fornicate,etc and we do it,whatever consequences we experience later,we blame God for it. A man ask God for a car,and having that car might lead to an accident that will claim his life,God sees this and decide not to let him have a car yet.An obedient man will wait till his time but an impatient man will do all he can to get the car, if he gets the car and dies in an accident later,is it GOD’s fault?. Many temptations and trials we face are thereto elevate us to our DESTINY if we pass them,and that can only be achieved if we trust him.Many are suffering from the sins of their ancestors but dont know,if that curse is not broken then how do they expect to makeit in life?.He visit the sins of the father on the children. God determines ones Destiny and not Man,let him determine yours today because if you dont,then whatever you make out of yourself is your Choice and Destiny.There might be money,but problems will always be around until you allow him to take Charge of your Destiny. Lord take charge of my Destiny today.Amen
